Each task performed by an AI Associate consumes a specific number of billable hours from your monthly allocation. Different tasks require different amounts of time based on their complexity and the work involved. One billable hour is roughly fifty pages of work product.
If you exhaust your monthly allocation, you can purchase additional hours within your account at $1.25 per hour, or move up to a higher tier at any time for more included hours at a better effective rate.
You can request deletion through support. The handling time and scope depend on the data category, backup behavior, contractual requirements, active disputes or legal holds, and applicable law; some billing and compliance records may need to be retained.
The production application targets Google Cloud Run in the us-east1 region. Processing by other disclosed subprocessors may occur in locations governed by their contracts and the configuration used for the service.
Retention is purpose- and data-category-specific. It can vary based on customer instructions, contractual needs, backup behavior, security requirements, and legal obligations. You can submit access or deletion requests through support.
White Shoe does not train its own foundation model on customer content. Third-party model-provider handling depends on the applicable contract and configuration, so current providers and their roles are disclosed in our DPA and subprocessor materials.
You do. You retain full ownership of any content generated through the platform based on your inputs. While we provide the tools, the outputs are your intellectual property, subject to our Terms of Service.

The service decrypts content when needed to process it, so it is not end-to-end encrypted. See the Security page for current assurance status.

Security response procedures and playbooks are being formalized and exercised. If an incident occurs, White Shoe assesses scope and impact, contains and remediates the issue, and follows applicable contractual and legal notification duties.
White Shoe does not currently have a SOC 2 report and does not represent itself as SOC 2 certified. It has an active readiness program. Certifications held by infrastructure providers apply to those providers and do not automatically certify White Shoe.
